Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Is it illegal to overcharge for stamps?
I am mainly just curious-- I've noticed that my local store overcharges for government postage stamps, which I had the vague impression of being illegal-- in the same way you can't sell someone a dollar for two dollars. Is this true?

Every convenience store (and even my bank's ATM) charge a premium for stamps, i.e. the cost of doing business. I don't know the answer.
