Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
internet fraud or whatever
i answered an e-mail concerning how to use your computer to make money i thought them to be a reputable outfit prosper learning . it took out a loan aginst my truck for $2000.00 and they covered the other $2000.00 with them assuring me that within 6 to 8 weeks i would be making enough to cover there loan in the mean time last yr was the worst winter we have had in a very long time i was unable to continue my coaching lessons or to make my payments i had to postpone my coaching . when i was able to continue i was told my coach was no longer with them and it would take at least 2 weeks to be set up with a new one . after 2 weeks went by i wrote to find out when and whom i would be dealing with . they wrote back and said i had missed my 2 sestions with my coach and there obligation was fulfilled if i wanted to continue i would have to listen to prerecorded tapes . i can not talk with a tape . i wrote back and told them i was never assigned to a bew coach . they have ignored me and expect me to continue with my payments that they turned over to a bank or finance outfit . i am obligated to pay the out fit that i went and barrowed monies from that holds the pink to my truck . but i feel that i have been totally ripped off from this out

You may very well have been "ripped off" but you need someone to read the contract and tell you if there has been a violation and your rights.
