Internet Fraud - Where do I file suit?
I have a problem with an Internet company based in
California, but I live in Utah. I would like to file suit
against them, but I don't know whether to do so in
California or Utah. What should I do?

You can file in either state, however, in order for your judgment to be collected using the power of the courts, you should file in California. It would save you time and money.
