How do I sue a internet furniture
store in small claims court.
company is Improvement Direct
(MoreHome) I cant get past the
supervisor. They do have a physical
loction in Chino, CA, I am in Los
Angeles.

Sue them in Small Claims Court in Los Angeles. Take the position that the transaction occurred in LA, where you live and where you purchased the item.
Make sure they are properly served with the complaint in Chino or wherever you can physically locate them.

You can look-up their ca sec of state listing. That listing will include the name and address of the agent for service of process. Try http://kepler.sos.ca.gov/list.html
