Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
I had an item ruined by a sand blasting company and was told by the owner that the item would be replaced. They did not follow the work order and it can not be repaired. I have this in numerous emails to which he was updating me on his status of replacing the item. I have received a new email saying he is returning my item in its current condition and that I must file a claim with his insurance. This is now entering its 5th week. What would be my best course of action?

You should hire an attorney to write him a demand letter.
