Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

I have a judgement against the wife of a very wealthy man. He will not let her pay the judgement. She transfered a house that was in her name to her husband after the judgement against her. He has all assets in his name and in a revocable trust and he is the tustee. the house they live in he ha a bond and i can't put a lean on it. I did a debtors examine on her and she claims to be insolvent. I looked up in the county records and found various propertys that he purchased and she signed off on to him these properties were purchased since they were married. This is a Calif. Judgement and they were married in Calif.for at least 12 years. The judgement was in 2006 for $5213.00 plus costs. I do not know how to collect on this without the husband causing me more trouble, bcause he says the judgement is not against him. Although he helped incure the debt. Please HELP

You might want to engage a collection law firm to handle this for you. It sounds as if there could have been a fraudulent transfer of property, although one would wonder if the property had been transfered just to avoid your relatively small lawsuit.
