Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
In June 2010, I paid an animal control company to come and inspect my home, secure it from raccoons and skunks, and a year warranty if they ever returned and gained access. On Friday, January 21, I discovered I have skunks under my home again. I've left messages and no one has returned my call from the animal control company. Can you tell me what my options are against this company? They are out of Concord, CA., no evidence they've gone out of business, and they are not listed with BBB.

Get someone else to get rid of the skunks and sue the first company in small claims court for the expense. You might want to send them a letter telling them that is what you will do if they don't take care of it, first.
