Kicked out of a bar

08/15/2003 i was at a local cafe/bar .On this night i was aproaced by the asst. manager who then told me that the last time i was at the club 08/08/03 she witnessed me wearing a skirt with no underwear and spreading my legs up on the table and advised my that if it ever happens again that i would be 86 from the club.I then told her that it wasnt me she saw i was wearing jeans last week and i wouldnt do that. The mananger came over to me and started yelling at me that im waisting his time.I then tried to explain the truth but he then proceed to tell me that a costomer had complained that i did this behavior tonight not last week, and that the asst. mananger saw me do this as well.I then pointed out the true fact that i was standing in front of him wearing black pants and blue underwear and obviously this was someone else not me,After yelling at me some morethe owner came over and said im waisting his employees time and need to just get over it.Thats when i got really mad and told them all to f... off. They said ok then you blew your 86 from the club.So not only did they accuse me of something i didnt do, they kicked me out.I was completely emerassed in front of the custormers.

Re: Kicked out of a bar

Places that serve alcohol can eject customers for cause. However, in your case there does not seem to be any cause. File a complaint with the Alcoholic Beverage Control board.

Did the customers witness him accuse you of exposing yourself? Do you have there contact information? If yes to both you may have a cause of action for defamation of character. Call me directly at (619) 222-3504.
