Late Charge Rates
I recently got late charges from Macy's and Pep Boys. The charge for being late in
aying $5 to Macy's was $25. The charge for being late by one day in paying $12 to Pep Boys was $29. Aren't 500& and 200& late charges excessive or
prohibited by law?

yes they are excessive and no they are not prohibited by law
