need a lawyer in san diego not afraid to sue another attorney.
need to find an honest attorney to bring suit against my last attorney who screwed me royally. he has 2 full boxes of documents which where the basis of a lawsuit he was supposed to file for me. won't return them. says he doesn't know where they are.

There are strict time limits in an attorney mal-practice suit. There are also other considerations, i.e., does the attorney have mal-practice insurance. These suits are vigorously defended. Contact me directly.
