Do I need to get a lawyer if got sued for my credit card debt which was already enrolled in a debt settlement program one year ago? What if I' m not available on the scheduled hearing?

If you get sued? Yeah. By the way look at your credit card agreement as it may have an arbitration clause and an attorney fees clause.
