Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Tried to lease a new car offered on a low interest rate but the dealer tells me I don't qualify, even though my credit scores are high (~800). I haven't driven the new car since I brought it home, a distance of about 7 miles from the dealer. I've kept the car in my garage for less than a week. Is there a simple way to force the dealer to take the car back?
