i would like to know what exactly consist about the lemon laws, on my 2000 ford contour.

The lemon law in California is a broad topic and it is impossible for me to cover everything here. It all depends on the type of problem you have. In general, if you have a serious defect with your car that has not been repaired after a reasonable number of attempts you may be entitled to a replacement vehicle or your money back.
