liability if someone with car has deseased
My dad who has since passed away in april09 had purshased a car that we can not afford to keep. it was under his name only. Will my mom be liable? Can they just take the car/repo it? They are threatening to take the house?

I am sorry to hear of your loss. It would be a communtity debt. The dealer may choose not to repo but collect on the contract. Contact me directly.
