Live bugs in my Oatmeal Packet

Hello,

Just tonight I opened up a packet of Banana flavored oatmeal and there were living bugs about the size of fleas inside the packet, which I noticed as I saw them coming out of the packet as I poured it into my bowl. I have went through many boxes of this brand of oatmeal and never came accross something like this. And it wasnt only one bug, it was quite a few, some living and 1 or 2 dead. What should I do? And can I sue? I think the company should be informed of what had come out of one of their ''Safely'' packaged goods.
