Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
i live in california and purchased a car from a small car lot i have never been late with my payments and ive keeped the full coverage insurance on the car when i made my last payment i was told that the pay off date is febuary of 2011 the car lot owner was under the imprision that i was going to get a lot back from my income take wich is not the case my question is can the car be repo thier is no way that i can come up with the 3000.00 i owe any time soon but have keeped making my payments

If you adhere to the contractual payment plan, they cannot repossess the car.

If the payment plan calls for a balloon payment in February 2011, they can repo the car.
