married for 5 years
My husband and I went to buy a car but my credit was not good enough and if they would have put me on the credit report we couldn't get it so we put the car in his name can he take the car away from if he leaves we have been together for 10 years all together

Even if in his name, it is community property. However, he can take it and you have a right for the reasonable value.
