Medical bill question

Richard from California.

After a year and a half, I have received a Medical bill for $ 420 dollars. Can a Hospital bill you after all this time has passed and should I be responsible for this amount.

It depends on whether you had insurance. More information is needed. The statute of limitation would not yet have run if there were no insurance.
