Misrepresentation Overselling

Is it Misrepresentation/ Overselling at a Real Estate Seminar if the instructor says that what i purchased is all i need to suceed in becoming a real estate investor and that there was nothing else that the company will try to sell me and then less than a week later i get a call from the company stating that there is an additional coaching program that i should purchase in order to really become sucessful quickly?

For the love of all that is holy, do not go into real estate right now.

And stay away from these get-rich-quick schemes. Spend your money on an education and put in some hard work. If you want to succeed, first learn to spell the word.
