Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Missrepresented Radio Station prize
I was one of 10 people who one a Radio Station 4GB multi-media player valued at $179. The units actually awarded were only a 2GB valued at $129. When brought to the promotions director's attention via email I was told all the other winners received the 2GB and they were not going to be receiving replacements but I will be notified as soon as she hears something on my claim. I think I'm being blown off. I want what I was told I won in an email. Can you please advise me of my rights?

Re: Missrepresented Radio Station prize
Small claims court would be the answer, along with a letter to the FCC (and copy to the radio station)
