Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

Too many mistakes, for sure!

Should have been very simple.

Went to a car dealership to lease a car. Mother to co-sign. Picked the car, signed a lease, & Oh no....

My mother was a co-signer, therefore, I should have been 2nd on the paperwork. This dealership forgot to put my name altogether. Then, when I went to look over the documents given to my mother... They were written in Spanish. My mother is Japanese, but her 2nd language is English. The payment book just arrived for 2006. What happened to 2003? We are very disappointed & want to return this car. This dealership has made too many mistakes. I feel like they took advantage of my mother. She was only a co-signer. this car is not for her. They clearly understood that & still wrote the contract up in her name only, giving it to her in Spanish, maybe she wouldn't notice???!!! They only wanted to sell the car. Can I return this car. I have had it for a couple of weeks now. HELP!
