Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Mobile Phone Early Termination Fee
Sprint billed me $600 for
terminating my contract before the
deadline. I would like to sue them
in small claims court but was
wondering this - do I have to
actually pay the bill first and then
sue them or can I sue without
paying the bill. They are now
saying my bill is ''past due'' and I
don't want to create credit
problems.

We are in the office on Monday. Feel free to give us a call then. Free consultation. The wireless carriers have been doing this for a long time and have been sued for it.
