Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Hi, Can i get my money back if I bought a TV from Craigslist that resulted in it being broken the next day. The seller told me it was a year old and it was perfect condition and nothing was wrong with it. Within 2-3 hours of use, the TV went black and completely died. I called the seller and texted him and he is not returning my calls. I only have this person's first name and address.
