Montgomery Wards Foreclosure - Automotive warranty

We bought new brakes with a 36000 warranty from Montgomery Wards Automotive a year and a half ago. The brakes have gone bad after 10,000 miles. Do we have any recourse?

If they wont honor it go to small claims court.
