Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
My motor had to be replaced in my brand new vehicle 1-1/2 weeks after purchasing my vehicle. I was told there was a manufacturing "defect" where as the head gasked was never placed on the motor. This seems more negligent than a defect. Do I have any rights as a consumer with regards to my situation?
