Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
a nissan dealer in visalia ca. had a dealers amarkup price next to the factory sticker. The total dealers asking price was marked $599.( i have photos on my cell phone) I offered to buy the truck on the spot. Manager refused and said it was a mistake and will not honor the dealers asking price. What does the law say, can I get truck for the $599.??

I am assuming that $599 was unreasonable price for this car? Do a quick google search for Best Buy and Cheap TV. This was in the news last week and most accounts explain that in most instances, an advertised price that is an obvious mistake and not intentional to get you "in the store" does not create a claim to the product for that price.
