Notice of Collection

A telephone company turned over a 2 year old bill to a collection

agency without notifying me before they turned it over. Can they

do that? I filed fraud charges 2 years ago against an ex-boyfriend

for using my telephone card number. A telephone representative

stated that this is what I needed to do in order to make my ex-

boyfriend responsible for this bill.

They can assign without notifing you. Tell the collection about this and hope for the best.
