Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
I was getting an oil change at Midas and as the mechanic was lowering down the lift a cable snapped in the lift and my car slide on one slide and almost off the lift while 8 feet in the air. There is damage to the car and potential undercarriage, frame, etc. damage. I have pictures of it all.
