online fraud
i sent $192 to a website i found online for an item that was to be delivered in 6-8 weeks. now after more than 5 months and multipul emails i still have'nt got the item or a refund,only bogus stalling excuses.then i gave an ultimatum(weeks ago) still nothing. he's not sending me anything. thanks very much for any help!

Depending how you sent this, especially if it is a credit card, you can dispute the amount.
