Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Ordered New/received used equipment
We ordered new equipment and received used ones and lower grade ones. Now, this company try to take away ours $33K order deposit. What is legal purnishment for this act in CA. Could they file bankrupcy to get away from legal matter.

You may sue for breach of contract and fraud. If you were to succeed on a fraud judgment, they would have a hard time avoiding the judgment via bankruptcy. If you are ready to sue, give me a call. My resume is at www.christopherbrainard.com or upon request.
