Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
I ordered a package from a manufacturer and it was lost in the mail, they have filed a claim with the post office, but say it could take 6 months to be completed and meanwhile I don't have what I ordered and don't have a refund. Is this legal? I thought I was the seller/shippers responsibility to ensure something makes it to the person. Please advise any links to anything that say's this is not legal.
This is a business purchase.
