Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
I ordered a tv from Sears online and picked it up. Then I got two "robocalls" that my tv was ready for pick up. I called and a live person said my tv was there ready for pick up. So, i picked up a second tv! now, Sears has discovered their error and is threatening me to "take it to another level" if i dont return the tv. What are my legal rights here?

The TV doesn't belong to you and you need to return it.
