Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Hi I ordered some wheels online from a wholesale company based in California. I have only received part of total order and the owner of the company is giving me a run around saying that the wheels were shipped but part of the order was shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse, hw keeps changing his story. 1st he said that he had all the wheels at his warehouse and asked me to wire transfer the payment. It has been over 3 months of back an forth with him and now I hav asked him for a refund for the wheels that i didnt receive which totals to US$15,000..he has since been ignoring my calls and refused to return my emails...how do i go about dealing with this matter. thanks

I would recommend hiring an attorney to send him a demand letter threatening a lawsuit if he does not refund the money. I charge a flat rate of $500 for the drafting of a demand letter.
