Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
I pay half the rent on a leased house, but I moved out due to complications, and was told I am stuck in the lease, but i never signed a lease foarm the only thing I even signed was a co-signer APPLICATION, I never even seen the finale lease foarms that had to be signed in order to get the house, and the finale paper work that showed we got the place my name was no where on any of the pages just hers, the one who filled out the foarms was my roommate she filled it out and signed everything aside from the part of the co-signers application, , Now because it was the application i signed and not the finale foarm am I still responsible for the rent even though i moved out?

I stopped reading after the words "co-signer." Co-signers are always liable. Go back and read the co-signer application that you signed. Don't ever again co-sign for anybody.
