Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

two people have a leased apt. one is admitted to mental ward. tells psychologist she is thinking of killing her room mate. psychologist calls police and room mate advises threatened room to get a restraining order. sense there is a lease on the apt. and the restraining order will not allow the threatening party in the same apt. what would be the recourse. can the lease be legally broken.

.Guess if you were the one doing the threatening and got the restraining order against you that would be grounds for braking the lease as long as you didn't set it up just to break the lease. The other roommate would still be on the hook because they can live there.
