permission without permission

aol provides customer's atm card number to the businesss who advertise through aol and does not advise their customers that this is the case. instead they refer to a disclosure statememt which is so forerign in content a normal person does not understand what they are agreeing to. Should'nt aol tell the potenial customer the facts when selling the service to the customer? how can aol, legally, provide a persons banking info to their advertising customers, whether aol has permission from the customer or not? finally, due to this practice my life has been devistated financilly, paying over $519.00 in nsf charges to my bank in a 3 week period of time. And it does'nt end there, still waiting for more nfs charges from creditors.i want to sue aol for this unethical practice. Is this is possible. and if so, can you recommend a attorney who will not charge unless i win hope to hear you--name removed--mosqueda
