Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
I used a well known photo lab to print some photos and I've used the same alias every time I go. They do not have my real name only this alias and an old email I rarely use. I received an email from a random person with that alias from the print shop in the title. The email only had a picture of a penis. How can I approach the photo lab about this problem and what are my legal options?
