Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
We play a game online in which we pay alot of money in. Its on facebook and its called battlepirates. I have played this game for about year and a half. I havprobably spend at least 2000 on this game. The game has about a million players in it and has a a real good revinew of about 100 million a year from their customers. The game also has glitches in it which even draws more revinew. This is a company just being greedy i suspect. Anyways today about 1500 players were banned for their glitches in the game. Are these people able to get away with this sucking money out of all of us and then banning us? I payed for this product and they are now taking it away how is this possible? On top of all of this they wont show us the proof of what they are talking about.

You may very well be a class member. This sounds like corporations doing what they do best, biting their nose off to spite their face.
