Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
pressured to puchase used auto and did
In July of 1999, I was Pressured by salesman at Lou Ehlers Cadillac to purchase a 93 seville over a three day period. He even made phone calls to my home. I purchased the car, but wanted a different one, he told me that this one was best. Since the life of the warranty, 1 year, I have complained about the noise in the wheels and a leak under the car. One repair was made under warranty, and the noise continued and still does to this day. I have had numerous expensive repairs since I had the car at the cost of 100.00 deductibles. Now that the warranty is gone, I'm faced with a repair that is going to cost me $800.00. I believe there was something major with the car when I purchased it. How can I make the dealer fix the things that I complained about when I purchased the vehicle. I have the repair slips and complaints documented.
