(Page 2 of the ANSWER, #4) If the Plaintiff did not offer me Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) prior to filing his lawsuit, can I use the Affirmative Defense � �Failure to Pursue Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Plaintiff or the person or entity that assigned the claim to plaintiff failed to request alternative dispute resolution (�ADR�), such as arbitration or mediation, which are required before filing this lawsuit?�

***IF I use the ADR Affirmative Defense, do I need to file a Petition to Compel Arbitration as well? What form # is this?

3. (Page 2 of the ANSWER, #4) � Is it necessary to add Attachment 4 to the ANSWER if I am not using any other Affirmative Defense listed?

First of all, why are you in pro per? Who is suing you, why, and what is your defense? How many lawyers have you contacted?
