Product not delivered on time
Carpet manufacturer has delivered wrong carpet twice, still waiting for right carpet. It has been 2 months,I have tried to contact their rep for compensation(they won't respond). We have a home office that has been out of commision during these times, almost everything we own in the garage.Can I take them to small claims?

Yes. Cancel the contract and sue for the amount as they will not give a refund.
