Property Liability
I pay my apartment manegment $20 dollars a month to park my car in a extra parking space withen the complex. Theres no written agreement or disclamer for liability. If my car is dameged while parked in the space I pay for is the apartment manegment liable?

It is not likely that your $20 payment entitles you to any kind of insurance that the vehicle will not be damaged. Your $20 gets you the right to use the space and that's probably it. Absent some conduct by the management which causes damage to your car, the management is probably not going to be liable.
