Puppy

I was shipped a show puppy from breeder in california. I live in NJ. If I am not happy, he said he would refund me fully. Also, he did not ship AKC papers. If he does not refund me and I choose to sue,how much would it cost me to recover my loss?

The poor little puppy! He's been ripped from his mother's breast, packed in a crate and shipped to icky, stinky New Jersey in the wintertime. And his new owner is you, an alleged human being who has a new puppy but is yet unhappy. Who in his right mind buys a show dog sight unseen. If I were you I would give the puppy to a child who will love this puppy and give it the life it deserves; and write off your monetary loss.
