Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Purchase agreement
I purchased two atv's from a
motorsports dealership last week, we
verbally discussed our deal which was
2 atv's 2 helmets(which were
ordered) and 1 pair of boots. Now I
am dealing with a different sales man
since my original sales rep who closed
the deal was not in, and apparently
the paper work only says 2 atv's.
Now I am having a hard time
receiving my helmets since on paper
it wasn't part of the deal however i
have the boots and the new sales rep
is telling me he will add it on top of
what I already owe but the balance
will be that much more. So my main
question is since this was a verbal
agreement and not on actual paper
do I have a chance of receiving my
equipment at the agreed verbal cost?

Re: Purchase agreement
"Verbal agreements not on actual paper" are worth tha paper they're printed on.
