Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Purchase auto with undisclosed major accident damage
3 mos ago, I purchased a 6 yr old luxury car from a private party at market price for being in excellent condition as stated by seller. When I took it to my mechanic, all kinds of error and problem codes came up on the computer analyzes. When I took it for alignment, they told me the frame was bent and 3 wheels couldn't be aligned. What recourse do I have against the seller for not disclosing the accident? I don't want the car.
