Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Purchase not refundable
I bought an item at an antiques store. They have a sign ''No refunds'' and ''All Sales Final.'' Two days later I changed my mind, I don't really like the way the item works out in my house. Can they really refuse to give me a refund of my money? Can they really refuse to even give me store credit if I take it back? Thanks!

Re: Purchase not refundable
Yes. Sellers of goods are generally under no obligation to accept returned merchandise. If you do not what the item, you should consider selling it; perhaps even at a profit.
