Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

I purchased a new car from dealer but because of their mistake i haven't get the title yet over last 5month. I already made full payment in the first month when i bought a car. I failed to bring the car back to my home country because the car cant be loaded on the ship without title. My car is still in dealership's lot. what are my rights if I want to cancel the this contract and pay back money from the dealer?

Call the California Department of Motor Vehicle's Investigation unit. Then send a written demand that the dealer provide the title. If that does not work hire an attorney who knows the law concerning dealerships - and go get'em.
