Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
I purchased an extended warranty on a Cadillac cetera. an oil leak in the water happened. took the car to Cadillac dealer warrant in hand. found out they don't cover ceteras. called the people I bought the car from ,they said the warranty was canceled. they never informed me of that, meanwhile I'm still paying for the warranty. they never offered another warranty but said they would pay for half of repairs. I did not pay for that kind of warranty. what can I do?

You are going to have to take the warranty and any documents relating to the sale of the car to an attorney for review. You should be able to sue them for the payments you made on the warranty, and possibly other damages. To know for sure, you will need to talk with an attorney, preferably one that handles auto cases.
