Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
i purchased a 2012 Kia Soul with 12miles on it. It advertised 31 mpgs with 35-40 mpgs depending on driving conditions. I now have 1200 miles on my car and have yet to see anything close to 31mgs. I purchased this car because I commute and the 35-40 mpg was the deciding point. Is there anything I can do? I feel this is false advertisement with Kia.

There is nothing you can do. The car manufacturer does not decide those numbers, they are government numbers. They are also clearly stated as to be for comparison only.
