Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

i purchased a lemon

i have a 2000 ford focus. i have put thousands of dollars into the repairs, service stc. i purchased an extended warranty with it,but they havent covered the majority of the service that it has had. my car is a recall on wheels it is falling apart everyday, it has fallen apart more than once, there are continuous problems with it, i have taken it in at least 20 times, but the problems reoccur. ive notified ford company but the pretty much told me they cant help me. i want to get refunded all the money ive put into it that warranty should have covered and i want a new vehicle. it is there responsibility to please me especially with all the dangers this car has and is. i am afraid of my life each time i have to get into that hazard. ive been fired from my job due to the malfunction of this car that has been manufactured poorly. i have all my documentation and reciepts for the service and everything else. i have had my car towed in and out of ford due to reoccuring problems that were supposidly fixed, but no help from them eventhough i had a reciept of the previous service. my car had been out of service for 3 months at 3 different times. i just need to get compensated for all i have been through with this dangerous car

You may have a claim under "The Lemon Law." SONG-BEVERLY WARRANTY RIGHTS: The law requires that if the manufacturer or its representative in this state, such as an authorized dealer, is unable to service or repair a new motor vehicle to meet the terms of an express written warranty after a reasonable number of repair attempts, the manufacturer is required promptly to replace the vehicle or return the purchase price to the lessee or buyer. Call me directly at (619) 222-3504.
